Some weeks seem to go by much slower than others…and that was certainly the case for me this week. I’m so looking forward to a weekend filled with sun in Paris for the first time in what seems like (and actually might be) a month. It was a festive, joy-filled week in Paris and I think the articles this week reflect that spirit. This week was a busy one, filled with an excitement in the air that’s been missing for quite some time. If I could only ever go to one café in Paris for the rest of my life, I’d pick Le Saint Germain. It ticks all of the boxes – great location, strong coffee, friendly people, and it’s always open. I fell in love with this Left Bank spot on my first trip to Paris. Since then, I’ve become a regular.
I was a little worried about getting Weekend Links Week 20 done as we’re currently in Normandy and there is no cell service and limited wifi. Which is actually kind of nice for a change! There are lots of interesting articles again this week. Some of my favorites include the revolution and evolution of the French Breakfast, the most beautiful outdoor terrasses in Paris, eight boeuf bourguignon recipes to try, and an explanation of the differences between Veuve Clicquot and Moët & Chandon.
