I can’t believe we’re in the final stretch of 2022. I have to admit, I’ve felt stretched rather thin in the past couple of months. Next week I’m looking forward to a more relaxed pace and schedule. I’ve promised myself I’m just going to work in the mornings and I’m going to spend the afternoons soaking up the festive atmosphere in Paris. It’s such a fleeting season and I want to take it all in. Weekend Links Week 50 is here – late but in earnest! I’m in the middle of the busiest couple of weeks of the year, which I didn’t think I’d be saying following the wedding. The holiday spirit is keeping me going and I have so many fun plans mixed in with work. We decided to take a very last minute trip to the Loire Valley to see the châteaux decked out for the holidays. The ultimate bonus was finding a dog-friendly hotel so that Boomer could join us. We’ve only been here a night but absolutely love the hotel so far. I will share lots more details following our trip.
