Dumbo is hands down the Best Burger in Paris. Period. Game over. No questions asked. In fact, I think it might be the Best Burger I’ve ever had anywhere.

The Best Mexican Food in Paris: El Nopal
One of the best discoveries I’ve ever made here is El Nopal – real Mexican food in Paris. In 2012 a fellow Texan told me about the restaurant run by people from Monterrey, Mexico and ever since it’s been a go-to restaurant.

Whenever people ask me about favorite restaurants in Paris, I think classic French bistro every time. The atmospheres are warm and inviting and the food is comforting. In a city that can sometimes feel pretentious to outsiders, the classic French bistro experience is an essential one to have. So when my mom was in town we decided to try Jean-François Piège’s La Poule au Pot.
