Week eight of Weekend Links has a little bit of everything, again. There are quite a few recipes from Apollonia Poilâne’s croissant to a buttery tarte tatin. Some of my favorites include the UNESCO recognition “battle” between the baguette and Parisian rooftops, the search for centuries-old oak wood to rebuild the Notre Dame spire, a story on Burger King France handing out bags of potatoes to anyone who wanted them, and the best of Southern France according to a local winemaker. I hope you enjoy!
