How can I mention the past week without mentioning the various manifestations. I’m very lucky that they haven’t impacted my daily life. The locations are announced in advance, so it’s been easy for me to avoid them and stay home when they’re going on. They’re the most “active” at night, but the days are otherwise almost completely normal. If you have an upcoming trip to Paris planned there are important steps to take to be prepared and flexible, but if things remain the way they are right now there is no reason to cancel or postpone your trip. Some of my favorites from Weekend Links Week 13 include a guide to Marseille, a recreation of Monet’s Water Lilies using Legos, and a list off where to experience Paris in bloom this spring. Enjoy!
