My morning routine has changed over the years, but one thing that’s been consistent is checking my Day by Day calendar. As soon as I wake up, I look forward to turning the page on a new day and reading the accompanying quote. I’ve posted a few of the quotes this week and received so many questions. I wanted to share the details of where you can get a Day by Day 2021 calendar.
The 2020 quotes were really spot on, especially during the height of our confinement in Normandy. I enjoyed sharing some of the days on my Instagram stories. It always made me happy to receive messages from you all saying how much you appreciated them as well.
My grandfather used to give the calendars as Christmas gifts so I remember checking each morning growing up. My mom then took over the tradition and writes a little note on my birthday which always makes me smile. Some quotes are funny, some are inspirational, others accompany national holidays in the US and some are religious. Each Sunday does have a religious quote. But even if you aren’t religious, I think you’d still love the calendars.
Quotes are only considered for inclusion every 10 years so there’s no worry about repeats. I always dog-ear my favorite days and save the calendars. Whenever I come across past years I like to stop and review some of the quotes I marked.
You can read the full story behind the Day by Day calendars here – they’ve been making them for over 40 years!
The Day by Day 2021 calendars are currently sold out, however you can call or email the church to join the waitlist in case more become available. To join the mailing list for 2022, you can send an email here.
