The most involved thing I’m doing this weekend is making beef bourguignon. Romain has been asking for it all winter and with the lows hovering near freezing I decided now is the moment. I have a recipe that I love (and am sharing) that takes three days, so it does involve a little planning. Some of my favorites from Weekend Links Week Nine include a Parisienne’s take on LA style, a list of the most beautiful places in France to visit this year to inspire travels, and a Vogue editor’s guide to Paris. Enjoy!
Weekend Links Week Nine
The 3-Day (But So Worth It!) Beef Bourguignon Recipe. My favorite boeuf bourguignon in Paris is at Joséphine Chez Dumonet. I asked them about their secrets and they said it cooks for three days and they use chocolate. After some googling I came across this recipe a few years ago and ever since it’s been my go-to!
